I’m 32 years old female,suffering with sinusitis problem from past few years.

i had a tooth infection in my lower left pre-molar 2 weeks ago. as self medication i took an antibiotic but 250 mg twice a day for 7 days (i know it was under-dose, but i get an upset stomach with higher potency). it seemed right until it started paining again. i started gargling with platango Q as advised by my Dr. the pain was much less but now my lower jaw is so much swollen that the lump is visible externally as i have a big chewing gum in my mouth. please suggest what to take, in what potency and how many times a day.
