    I am 41, n have a 10 yr old son. More than half of my month goes away in adjusting with my pms symptoms. It interferes n effects my regular life badly. The symptoms seem to be infinite. However, the most severe includes, extreme irritability, severe mood swings, fatigue, extreme sleepiness, it becomes difficult to remain awake, hot flashes, breadt tenderness, in fact, sensitivity towards touch increases a lot.       My daughter is 39 and recently split with her partner she was by now hoping to be married and have children, her period is every 3 weeks. For week before and during she suffers extreme fatigue, tiredness, brain fog then very sad and tearful crying a lot and overwhelmed by the simplest task, and can only eat and sleep. She used to always take Pulsatilla but it doesn’t help anymore, I thought Ignatia seemed to fit her but she thinks its also a hormone problem, premenstrual dysphoric. Also I’m not clear on the potency or for how long.

    Not very lately but 6 to seven months ago I got gap in my periods then it took homeopathic medicine from my local homeopath and the regularity came back but since then I’m getting severe pain in my right breast with tenderness but not in left breast and as I got periods the pain goes away.
