My 5 year old grand daughter is on the autistic spectrum she has a great vocabulary but will not speak and only repeat a sentence if you tell her to.cognitive speech is not happening.she conveys all emotions by single words .she is writing English and hindi in school but will not answer if the teacher asks.she listens attentively to her.
