I have a lack of saliva and tightness in my eyes at night when I sleep and wake up. They are dry. During the day, it is not really an issue. I have been to a homeopathist in the US, but they were not sure as to the cause.

I am borderline with sjogrens syndrome. Today wow was I tired and slept a good 4 hours after being up in morning and felt tired came home and sleet from 3pm 5pm a good 2 hours not 4. I had severe itching for a month and it went away by itself. I need something or joint pain in left foot and in left calf. also have restless leg in left leg. I am uncomfortable heat makes me worse. so im putting central air on now again

Thank you for this information. I’m having this Sjögren syndrome for past 7 years. But I thought my problems were due to my lifestyle as a sanyasi living with voluntary contribution of some people in the public.
I got treatment from a few allopathic doctors for individual problems like eye problem, throat dryness, knee joints pains, frequent ruination and sleeplessness etc. Now only I am aware of this.
