I am about 6 years into perimenopause and am experiencing vaginal dryness and vulvar dryness with soreness. I have not been sexually active for 6 years due to this condition and am pending divorce because of it. I have tried vaginal rejuvenation, estriol/DHEA suppositories, hyaluronic acid which help some but I find messy and uncomfortable with usual stinging side effects. My hope is to treat this condition with oral method. I have also tried estradiol patches that have not resolved it. I am desperate for a solution. Thank you.
