what medicine to take?
Dear Dr Sharma, I sincerely appreciate these posts of yours.
Due to my general condition, I take sepia 200C once a month- to sometimes Q six weeks. I also use Nat Mur 30C. These are related to menstruation issues throughout my life and their after-effects. Bleeding issues have prevailed since early childhood, however. According to allopathic medicine, I have the mild version of VonWillenbrand, the clotting factor genetic condition. So, Epistaxis comes and goes and it is awful when it comes…sudden, bright red, thin, and flowing, but gratefully an infrequent condition.
Though it may not make sense, I suspect this is all related to continuous GI tract problems that started up in my 20s. Allopathic medicine states that the GI issues are due to ankylosing spondylitis. Naturally, there is nothing allopathic medicine can do for balancing these conditions other than pharmaceuticals. Only that worsens the GI problems and the bleeding. So, I am managing without Pharma.
I wonder if there are other remedies I am overlooking for my little world of symptoms. Sepia is golden in my book…has always saved me. Nat Mur, too. The remedy that calms my GI issue is Nux vomica, which I understand from the writings and my Materia Medica follows nicely after sepia.
What am I missing?
Thanks for the useful information.
Best regards, MW
