Inflammation of plantar fascia, a thick band of connective tissue in the sole of the foot running from the heel to the base of the toes is referred to as plantar fasciitis. The main symptom of plantar fasciitis is pain in the heel. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain.
There is great scope for treating plantar fasciitis with homeopathic medicines. Homeopathic medicines reduce inflammation and the attending symptoms of plantar fasciitis. Heel pain gets remarkably better with these medicines. In conventional treatment, painkillers are recommended or steroid injections are injected in the painful area. It may help but the results are short-lived. In cases that do not respond to medicines and injections, surgery is recommended. However, homeopathy offers long-term results with no side effects at all. Homeopathy is a great alternative that can help avoid surgical intervention if opted without much delay.
Homeopathic medicines go to the core of the problem to treat its root cause. Initially, it reduces the inflammation of plantar fascia and reduces the intensity and frequency of symptoms and with time the symptoms go away completely. Taking the complete course of homeopathic treatment as suggested by a homeopathic doctor, cure occurs in most cases of mild to moderate intensity. The dosage, potency and repetition of the homeopathic medicine varies from case to case, so self- medication should be avoided.
The homeopathic prescription for plantar fasciitis varies from case to case based on the symptom presentation. An individualized prescription is done in every case as per the unique characteristic symptoms of the patient. This properly selected remedy brings excellent cure.
These medicines are of natural origin that are totally harmless and treat this condition naturally in a very safe manner.

Thank you for this helpful article. I have had PF for six months and would do almost anything to get relief. Fortunately I only have it in one foot. I recently went through another round of Covid, and I developed a sinus infection with yellow drainage. I started taking Pulsatilla for that, which was effective, so I was pleasantly surprised to read that Pulsatilla is also one of the remedies for PF.
Thanks again,
Wendy
